OFFICE MAX

I went into this Office Max location because the one closest to my home closed. I went in to have some 2 page double sided color newsletters printed. I wanted to get a price beforehand. I walked to the IMpress center (the printing area of the store) and stood at the counter less than a foot away from the employee named Pa Dee. She was working on an order, and I was the only person at the counter. She walked to the other end of the counter passed me and continued with her work. The gentleman whose order she was working on came up to the counter and she completed his transaction. Meanwhile another customer walked up to the counter closer to Pa Dee than I was. I had remained standing where I originally was. Pa Dee waited on the other customer, still not acknowledging me. I walked away and returned a few minutes later and stood where I had previously been. She was still waiting on the other customer but came over to me and asked if she could help me. I asked her how much double sided color copies on legal paper were for the newsletter. She was distracted by the other customer and then returned to me and gave me the wrong price, she said 19 cents a copy (it's $1.78) then she walked away again to finish the other customer without another word to me. I left the store completely disgusted.
