"Thank you for your kind review. We do book up quite far in advance. Generally, we're 6 months out for Major Holidays, 4-6 weeks for weekends. I'm sorry that this has been a problem for you. Know that you can book and cancel without penalty if you give us notice. We hope to see you soon."
"Thank you!"
"Thank you so much for you kind words."
"Thank you so much for your kind review. We're happy that we met (and maybe exceeded :)) your expectations."
We had to take our dog to an emergency after hours vet immediately for what they called a "traumatic injury" to two of his rear paw nails on the same paw. The nails had to be removed under sedation to the nail bed. He had to take antibiotics, pain medication, have his foot cover to go outside and wear a cone to prevent licking. It took him a full month to recover.
Even though the entire front end staff knew there was an injury to our dog no one called us to check on him. I did speak to a supervisor the next day only because I presisted in attempts to speak with someone in authority; the conversation was unsatisfactory and I requested to speak to the next level manager. It was not until 5 days later I finally spoke with an employee that provided a proffessional response and appropriate concern. The bottom line was they say no one knew what happened to our dog. Now Boarding did eventually pay for the emergency vet procedure of $350.00. We will never use this facility again. There was a lack of professionalism and concern how they handled an injury to a dog under their care and this reflects on their entire operation poorly.
"Thank you so much for taking time to share your experience with other Angie's List members. We appreciate your generous review."
