We discovered that some of the wood on our deck had decayed and that we needed to replace the entire deck. We called several contractors. Northstar called back right away and scheduled an appointment. We told exactly what we wanted and he gave us an estimate within a day. When we selected Northstar, they gave us a reasonable timeframe and met the timeframe exactly. They were prompt, courteous and hardworking. The deck looks great and is exactly what we wanted.
