I've used their service four times over the last four months. I chose them because I have an Apple computer and I wanted someone dedicated to Apple. They were very prompt and punctual. They are fair with their pricing. I am using them again for next week.

Great! I am very happy. I was able to meet Bruce the same day I called him and he did the work that afternoon. He had to leave town but made sure his partner Nick (I wish I had gotten Nick's card) returned my computer to me the next day. Nick also showed me a few improvements to the system and answered all of my questions. Most impressively when Bruce (returned from his trip) and Nick discovered that I had I stupidly miscounted my payment to Nick (overpayment) Nick called and made a special trip out to me to return the overage. Good karma on them both!
