It was a little difficult to get answers and explanations out of the tech who did the work at our home. Otherwise, all communications to schedule an appointment were great, service was fast, and the work seems reliable. The price was well under what I expected. I'd use them again.

Justin was friendly and did a great job. He was able to install an outlet on my porch into a stucco wall without any damage done. He also did a variety of little things (GCIs, reverse polarity) bringing my house up to code again.

Bill, the owner came out and gave a straight forward bid. It was reasonable and fair. He was very open to questions and didn't take advantage of what really was an emergent situation. When the electrician came out, he was deliberate and very focused on the task at hand. He wasn't bothered by a few questions and was very neat and clean when doing all of his work. Both of the Nordeast rep's were absolutely great! The new service, box, and circuit was done in a very professional way and I would recommend Nordeast without hesitation.

Overall pleased with the work performed; only issue/suggestion would be to have onsite electrician provide details of problem & recommendation on resolution before performing work.

"The customer contacted us to repair a kitchen light. We responded and set up a service call. We were not informed at the time of the scheduling that we needed to call him before the repair was completed to confirm what the problem was. There was an adult on site and we repaired the problem in a adequate amount of time. This was a minor repair, if the repair would have been something over $ 200.00 we definitely would have contacted the customer. I am confident that my Electrician made the proper decision in repairing the fixture. The customer was very satisfied with the actual work that was performed. We are sorry for the miscommunication"
