The person I spoke with was certain that the frame could be repaired even though it was made of a poor quality composite material that tended to crumble. They were able to repair it but we can still see that the frame has been repaired.
Description of Work: I had a painting and the frame had broken during shipment to me. Nielsen offered to repair the frame instead of replacing it which would have cost hundreds of dollars.
