Nice Neat Plumbing

Steve responded very quickly and was one of two plumbers consulted. Steve came up with an easy and inexpensive solution that also made perfect sense. The other company's solution was way more disruptive and expensive. I have used Steve before and have always felt like he puts the interest of his customers first. He has also done more involved projects for me like plumbing two new back to back baths. I was envisioning a maze of pipes in the basement. He managed to join all of the plumbing into a compact grouping of pipes neatly tucked between the floor joists and flowing into one stack. His company name, Nice Neat Plumbing is perfect.

Wonderfully. Steve worked us in early when he found we had an active leak. He was here on time, replaced the valves and installed the new faucet we had and gave us a (non-numeric) estimate of the level of effort for a couple more things we need done. We'll be having Steve do them.

Steve Memorich is about the nicest contractor you will ever have in your house. It took a couple of calls to get the work scheduled, but he was punctual, courteous, and inexpensive. This guy is such a dream, I am almost reluctant to share him with other A-Listers.

Steve arrived on time, was very friendly and quickly went to work installing a new kitchen faucet.
He was finished within an hour and cleaned up everything.  Very professional and would definitely work with him again.

Steve was courteous, professional and just plain nice to be around. I would have hung out with him the whole time, but I didn't want to hover or distract him. He did the job quickly, did exactly what I asked and nothing more and didn't (and this is my big pet peeve) act like everyone else who had ever worked on my place was some kind of idiot who would end up costing me millions down the road.

I recommend him regularly to people. He's reasonable, he's pleasant. He cleans up after himself.

Steve was very helpful, did everything he promised on time. It is hard to find a company that is willing to come in and fix problems left by another contractor, but Steve came in and fixed the problems and never complained.

The plumbing from our washer was clogged and not routed properly and we had an estimate done but another company, but Steve was recommended to us, so we called him for an estimate as well. Steve came out one evening to take a look at the problem and even though he wasn't going to fix the problem that evening as we just asked for an estimate he offered to snake out the drain for us in hopes it would help until he could come back to fix the problem. He had a very busy schedule but fit us in the next week and did exceptional service at a fraction of the price. He was on time, very nice and cleaned up after himself. Our plumbing works great now! Hopefully we won't need to call him again, but if we need other plumbing work done, I would definitely give him a call.

We called Steve at the end of the week to coordinate his service with the new counter installation. He was busy but came out on Saturday to get us set.
