The agents of New Concepts that performed the repair work did not follow up on the quality of the work, especially New Concepts Association Management failure to follow up on issues of detail. Also, their agent that performed the construction repair lost the key to the house. When I made an inquiry into the issue of the lost house key, Gene Sullivan, New Concepts Manager, was non-responsive and did not care; he did not even offer to change the locks to our home. For this reason, we will have to incur the expense of changing the locks to all of the doors to our home.
Description of Work: New Concepts, which serves as the contract manager of my association where I currently reside, performed construction repair to my dwelling; vehicle crashed into my home on August 1, 2006. New Concepts, which is required to repair damage to the exterior of my town-home under the association agreement, did not complete the work until late October 2006. Also, when conversing with Gene Sullivan the manager of New Concepts, his posture relative to his respect for the individuals he works for, THE HOMEOWNERS, is less than desirable.
