They are used for hoa however there professionalism is beyond poor. No communication, consistent overbilling and rudness.

The agents of New Concepts that performed the repair work did not follow up on the quality of the work, especially New Concepts Association Management failure to follow up on issues of detail. Also, their agent that performed the construction repair lost the key to the house. When I made an inquiry into the issue of the lost house key, Gene Sullivan, New Concepts Manager, was non-responsive and did not care; he did not even offer to change the locks to our home. For this reason, we will have to incur the expense of changing the locks to all of the doors to our home.
