I would definitely use New Central Auto Body again. The company is very professional, got me in right on time -- and not only was the time to do the work shorter than anticipated, the cost was less than quoted. Plus, they offered me coffee and cookies while I waited!

They fixed my car when it was rear ended. The other vehicle's insurance paid for the costs. They did an excellent job and their customer service was excellent. I'm going back today to have them look at some repairs.

Very good work.

I was very impressed with their service.  They were immediately very responsive, helped me with all the details, and got to work right away.  Not due to any fault of theirs, a part took a long time to arrive, so the whole process took just over 2 weeks instead of the one week they thought at the beginning.  But they gave me updates in a timely fashion and were a pleasure to do business with.  I spoke mainly with Adam, and he was very helpful.  I would recommend them very highly!

I was involved in a fender-bender, involving my rear bumper. There was no visible damage, but I thought it best to have it checked out. The other driver admitted liability so I went against his insurance, meaning I wasn't charged a dime. Paul at New Central Auto Body was very friendly and helpful, and first suggested I take the car to the insurance company for a damage estimate. The progressive agent calculated surface damages of $275, and said the bumper didn't need replacing. He gave me a check. I went back to Paul with the estimate and he was sure the bumper was damaged beyond repair, and needed replacement. His estimate was $815, and he said it would take 4 days. This would include time negotiating with the insurance company. He assured me that he could get the insurance company to cover the charges. He made arrangements for a loaner (again, at no charge). I dropped the car off on Monday and my loaner was waiting for me. On Tuesday, I received a call from Paul, that the repair was complete! When I went in to pick it up, he told me he would call the insurance company later and deal with the charges, as he didn't have time at present because he had so much business. He put me at ease by saying that he would handle everything. My car was freshly washed and looked brand new (It's a 2013 Ford Focus, so it's new anyway). Well, it's been a month and a half and there's been no calls from Paul so I'm sure everything was taken care of, and I didn't need to get involved at all. Paul is very professional and friendly, and took great care of my car. I'll definitely go back!

He provided exactly the service he said he would, when he said he would, at the price he said he would, and the car looked great. Recently my husbanded developed a big scratch on his new car and we had New Central Auto Body bid on the work. They were considerably more expensive than the other bids we got so we did not use them. However, I was entirely satisfied with the work they did for me, which was insurance work.

It went good and they were very responsive. I got a free car with them and the work was very good. They were very inviting in terms of saying that I could come back if there was anything, no matter how small it was. They took a little bit longer than I had anticipated, but they had given me a car so it wasn't terrible.

Great!  They had towing company pick up the car.  Car was ready when they said it would be.

They've done work for me 3 times and all have been positive experiences.  Once for a totaled car (that's how I found out about them-they were easy to work with given a difficult situation), and once for a driver's side mirror replacement.

The most recent was replacing the passenger side mirror on a Prius.  They found an after-market mirror so it cost $200 for the parts and labor.  They even reconnected the side adjustment mechanism so I can automatically adjust the mirror from the driver's side.  It would have cost me over $300 at the Toyota dealership. I also had an indentation in my driver side bumper that they fixed (pulled it out so it's not obvious). 

They did not try to sell me services I did not want.  They did the job on time and with high quality.  And they have always been courteous.  They've been nothing but trustworthy so far and I highly recommend them, certainly for mirror replacement.  :-)

The experience was great. I called two other body shops for a quote and New Central came in with the lowest bid and Paul the owner is easy to talk with. The other two body shops wanted to replace the entire bumper for what seemed to me to be minor damage. New Central was able to simply repair the existing bumper, which saved us a considerable amount of money. They were responsive and got our job done quickly and professionally. I'll definitely go back to New Central should I ever need more body work done.

They were an excellent company to deal with. I'd seen them in the neighborhood, and their lot often has some pretty nice import cars come in for body work, and they come out looking perfect. I figured that I should give them a try when I had a fender bender. Their quote was around $1200 whereas the VW dealership was around $3000 for the very same work (no surprise there)! Our insurance company has them on their list of auto body shops, and the process was pretty much painless - they submitted the paperwork and everything. Their workmanship is perfect as far as I can tell, and it matches the fresco green of my VW Passat. The workers there are friendly and the job was done in two days. Also, I happened to have an oil change appointment for this car over at another company, and they drove my car down to the other company once the body work was done. Now that's service!
