He was very good, very professional, and hard working, I feel like I got my money's worth.

I called Neil and got him right away. We arranged for some possible times for him to come out, depending on the weather. He came when agreed and he did a great job. I will hire him again if I need him.

Very well. Called Neil on Friday, explained project and he told me the minimum fee. Agreed on 10 AM Monday; he was right on time, completed project and also inspected room; made a couple of other minor repairs as well.

Neil first shoveled all the hardpacked snow from the roof and then dug channels through the ice so the water could get to the gutters and downspouts without backing up under the shingles. Our leaks stopped immediately and water poured out of the downspouts. Because we have 4 large skylights in this area, we will always have some heat loss that tends to melt accummulated snow which runs down the roof and freezes at the overhang. In the future, we will have this snow removed before there is ice build up.

NEIL RESPONDED QUICKLY, WAS ON TIME, DID A GOOD JOB, AND HAD A REASONABLE PRICE. IN ADDITION, HE CLEANED THE SNOW KNOCKED OFF ROOF FROM DECK, FRONT PORCH AND DRIVEWAY.
