Caleb arrived when promised, gave us an estimate and we hired Neighborhood Tree Care to remove our tree. We are pleased with their work. The reason for the 1 star rating is the customer service we received from Joe regarding the stump removal process. Joe called, angry, rude and condescending to my spouse because we left a vehicle blocking access to backyard causing them to pay grinder an extra service call/fee to come back. There was no communication as to which day/time the grinder was coming! When Joe and crew came to our home for the final cleanup, I expressed my disappointment with his angry call. Their was no apology just excuses! Our dissatisfaction comes from lack of customer service skills, poor communication and unwilingness to apologize, on Joe's part, when given the opportunity to do so!

Neighborhood Tree Care LLC were spectacular, and that’s not hyperbole. Joe (owner) made sure to answer any questions I had in advance, taking time to chat with me at various times of the day. As I would expect from a licensed, insured and professional company, I received a confirmation call two days before the work was to begin and his crew showed up at an early but reasonable hour to get started. Every person on the crew took time to introduce themselves and were constantly waving at my toddler as she watched out the window before leaving for the day. They hauled everything away and were even able to remove the portions of the tree which previous owners had poured cement into. This was all on top of the price! We were quoted (and Neighborhood Tree Care delivered) on a price that was over 60% cheaper than the highest bid we got. I am someone who is constantly aghast at the lack of professionalism amongst contractors these days but NTC was the opposite. I had a great vibe from the beginning when my wife and I randomly asked their crew for quote as they were a neighbor’s tree. Give Neighborhood Tree Care LLC a call. You will not be disappointed.

Tree climber Caleb was unbelievable!! He was an artist in the tree! Fast and thorough as well as trimming to keep the tree healthy and beautiful! His co-workers, Joe and Arron kept cleaning up the branches as they fell and cut them up, having their own tree shredder. Then they raked up all the leftover twigs, leaves and used a blower where needed. Oh, and they returned the trailer to the original spot. My husband moved the car back?. They are the BEST!!

I highly recommend This company. I had 4 bids on two silver maple trees that had been neglected for years. Their bid and two others were within $50.00 of each other, the fourth was about $700 dollars higher and for that one I had to fill out a online form of what I needed/wanted, I never seen nor talked to anyone from that company. Point is if you have to fill out three pages of info. And never even speak to a person, don’t waste your time. I met with Joe for an estimate he showed up on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with my lack of knowledge of tree trimming. He told me if there was anything I seen I wanted removed while they were in the tree they would be more than happy to (provided it wasn’t harm to the trees health). They showed up on Memorial Day on time as scheduled, very professional and all the proper gear. They removed several branches as promised per my request, they also cut up put to the side for me some bigger pieces I requested for my fire pit. They were also able to clear branches that were laying on ours and our neighbors power lines without dropping the lines. They started at 7:00 and finished by 10:30 cleaned up mine and the neighbors yards better than the were when they started, hauled away all the brush. I now have two beautiful trees! Over all they were very organized, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Licensed and bonded. Thanks guys, a job well done! See you again in several years.

We had 3 estimates to remove our large tree. Neighborhood Tree Care's estimate was $1,100 less than one estimate and $600 less than the other. Workers were very courteous, prompt and completed the job well. They are very professional and competent in their work.

Everything went smoothly and all the guys work well together.I had promised this review months ago and always follow through but emergencies happen and had to delay my review.HIRE AGAIN....ABSOLUTELY.

Everything was done exactly as we requested. All debris was cleaned up afterward. Very pleased with the work.

They were here when they said they would and worked straight until the job was done. The two oaks were tricky to me because one was leaning way over the house and the other was very close to the garage. They did the job with ease and got it done with no problems. Did an a nice job with the clean up and haul away. They are very professional and friendly and will definitely use them again if needed.

We are so happy that we went with Neighborhood Tree Care. We had three other estimates, but after meeting Caleb(so nice) and getting his bid (the lowest) we decided to go with him. The crew did a fantastic job on cutting down the tree (no damage) and cleaning up afterward. They took care to cleanup the street and anything that might have gone into neighbors yards. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing tree service! Great, hardworking crew, good job all three of you!!

Excellent. Caleb, Joe and Nick were very careful. No damage to lawn, garden or property. Asked questions whenever they needed clarification on branches I wanted trimmed.

I got four estimates for removal of two ash trees on my property, and Neighborhood Tree Care was the lowest estimate but were also very highly rated. They were communicative and prompt, but the trees left gouges in my yard when they fell, and also knocked over the stop sign on the corner, and damaged my retaining wall. On the day they came to clean up the stump grindings, they demanded final payment but did not have an invoice. They do not take credit cards. I said I would mail payment when I found my estimate. I had an issue and had to order new bank checks, delaying payment by a week. They showed up at my house and refused to leave until I showed them my check register from when I mailed payment. They frightened my children. I don't appreciate being bullied. Not worth the savings. Lesson learned.

Initially slow to respond, but heavy weather was keeping them busy. They did a good job.

Neighborhood Tree Care removed a 26 foot silver maple from a difficult spot between our house, fence and power lines. Also ground the stump. All work was A+ excellent. Working with Neighborhood was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in years. All three of the guys worked incredibly hard and through heavy rain at one point. The site clean up was excellent. And their price was the lowest of the three bids we received. I can't recommend them enough - I have passed their name on to family and friends already.

Went very well. Courteous, professional, and cleaned up the yard after themselves better that it was when they arrived. Very pleased with their service.

This team of tree trimmers are well skilled, very competent, knowledgeable, and certified. They were able to evaluate the tree limb health while trimming, and were able to effectively work in areas with many obstacles without damaging property. I will recommend this team of tree trimmers to friends and family.

Nick and his crew arrived right on time and immediately started work. I left for work about a half hour later and they already had two trees down. The crew was very friendly and eager to get started. One large tree, slated to be trimmed, had to come down due to Emerald Ash Boer. Nick called me to inform me and we decided to take the tree down. This addition was a significant increase in time and work as the tree was near deck and child playset and retaining wall. Plus there was much debris from dead branches. The crews finished the trimming to end the day past nightfall and left the yard cleaner than before. They also helped out a neighbor who had deadfall across an adjoining yard by cutting up and removing large trunk and limb that fell some days before. I know these people appreciated having the tree removed after their saw broke. Excellent work and friendly professionalism from young workers!! Well done guys.

We had damage to a huge tree on our property from a wind storm. We looked on our city's licensed tree removal service listing. We looked at a few listings online and researched our options. Neighborhood Tree Care is licensed in multiple cities (excellent), they have a Facebook page to see examples of their work (excellent) and they called us back within the day of our inquiry (excellent). We had an estimate within 2 days of our inquiry and we had an appointment for the job in less a week (excellent). The estimator Joe was early for the estimate appointment and estimate was clear on the expectations. The crew Joe and Nate were early for the job appointment and worked all day until everything was cleaned up. No worries, no debris left, no damage, no followup need (excellent). They honored the estimate even with the extra hours put in (excellent). We plan on using Neighborhood Tree Care for our next tree service needs.

Smooth. I don't drink, but would a smooth shot of Jack Daniels be any guide? Everything was conducted in an efficient, safe and well thought out plan of action.
