I don't use them anymore. They did service for me last year for the season. Their price was competitive with everybody else. They just didn't seem to do the best job of taking care of weeds so that is why I changed companies.
When I tried to explain to Rod about the horrible experience I had with Dustin, Number 1) The condition or terrible decline of my lawn health. Number 2) The nightmare conversation I had on the phone with Dustin.
Rod immediately told me he was surprised and had to verify that I actually spoke with Dustin as he has known him for years.
Once I verified to him that it was Dustin and as a benefit of the doubt I suggested it must of been a real off or stressful time for Dustin because I was on the phone driving while talking to Dustin and the conversation kept escalating to a nightmare. I explained to Dustin that I was driving and would talk to him later or he could call back and leave a message telling me what he could do to fix my lawn. Instead he kept interrupting me to argue with me that he DID call me back when I said he did not call me back. That was his fixated concern. It was extremely odd and I hope whatever is wrong is better for Dustin but the bottom line is my lawn is a disaster after 12 years of having a healthy lawn and repeated attempts to bring to the attention of Dustin and getting no help. He told me it was summer patch but did not try to treat it in any way. It could of had an attempt to treat with a fungicide early on but they did nothing while continuing to see it was declining and they added normal treatments on top of it. They just kept sending out normal treatments while my lawn got worse and worse.
I explained to Rod that corporate said they would do all they could to help fix it. They did nothing and Rod only wanted to keep me going on his Spring sign up sheet.
No thanks! When I suggested he talk to corporate about what they assured me - he declined. I told him I would be sure and clarify my experience in a review so here it is. Nobody wanted to back up NaturalLAwn... Rod, Dustin or corporate. Good luck if you use this company and product.
"When this customer started service with us last year it was noted that the lawn was in terrible shape and had numerous bare spots. While a good fertilization program can definitely improve the health of the lawn it will not make grass grow where it doesn't exist. We do offer A/S service to help remedy this issue (we did drop off information about this last year), but the customer did not elect to have this service done. We only did one application this year before we were sent an email by the customer requesting cancellation. No reason was given at that time. We attempted to contact the customer, but could not. I think if we would have had a chance to discuss this with the customer, we could have better explained the situation."
