RUN FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! They are storm chasers and nothing more. Absolutely, 100% terrible experience, no matter who I talked to. Terrbile work and questionable workmen.

They have got a lot of reviews from a lot of people. I talked to other people but once again it was a lot of talk, a lot of fluff and things like I have to sign here. It was just too much. They did a good job on the roof but that was only after they came back twice to fix stuff that they did a faulty job in the first place. The shingles were not weighting down right. They were unprofessional. My neighbor, who was a young lady with her baby, pretty much stood out of her house when her husband had gone to work because she could not even go out the front door without been intimidated. I understand guys will check women out and vice verse, but they were unprofessional. They made her feel uncomfortable and that was not appropriate. The overall work they did end up pretty good but a lot finagling and so many threatening phone calls. It did not need to be like this. I do not know the games that they play in these industries. They wanted to see my insurance paperwork, so that they can get every dime they can. I do not understand them. If I want an estimate, I want somebody to give their best price that they can give me, any offers included or excluded. If they wanted to they could have given me a free kind of bonus, to put my siding in the front yard. Nationwide did that and helped through to that. They told me and the other people told me that that’s the way it would work in the roofing business. The insurance company paid me and they were willing to do the work for that money, which is great. I am not looking to take the interest back and not looking to get free job done either. I just think that everything should be apples to apples. They should come out saying that this is what they would charge me and mention the bonus, just to compare it all equally. The quality was not great the first time and the clean up was less then desirable. I still find nails all over my yard. I do not think they used magnets to clean up. Sometimes they hounded me when they needed to get the agreement signed, even though if I had not agreed to work with them. They would show up on my door or leave messages that they were going to come at 5 o’clock. Maybe they should have waited to see if I wanted to work with their company before they showed up on my door, to me that was a little bit forwarded. I did not appreciate that they swindled the work and it got postpone once. Then they actually came out the second time. That was the day they expected the next day, which was fine. They were like finishing up another job. They were very slow to return to do the repair, patch up and to fix the things. I did not go up the roof and my neighbor who was in the neighboring unit is a landlord of several rentals, so he went up the roof and told them things that were not right. When we wanted them to come back and make good on the stuff that was faulty. They came back but we had to handle them over. The punctuality was pretty good. The first day they were scheduled to be there in the afternoon but they never showed up. But it was based on them finishing work in residence XYZ and I understand that sometimes things take longer. It was not a big deal to me as it was not that I had to wait weeks and months. A lot of strong armed tactics and phone line threats. When it was time for me to send them a final check, they had not sent me a final statement. So I requested it again and the next thing I knew I got a letter in the mail saying that they were going to place a lean against my house, within 5 or 7 days if I did not mail the final check immediately. I thought that it was a little bit much but I know that in that industry that they want their money but do not want to get the work done. I understand that a little bit. I would not go with them again as it was too much run around. I feel that the people they sent out to do the work were nice but the people who came to give the estimate were a nightmare. I did not appreciate that.
