This was the 3rd company I called to provide an estimate to update a home security system. Company rep, Rick, was right on time and very knowledgeable about the product. He was honest about my options and did not attempt to oversell me. I was sold by their professionalism and the fact they were local. The installation technician did an excellent job. No unnecessary damage to the home, worked around an ongoing remodeling project, and came back twice to tweak the system.

The worker came over on fairly short notice when he was needed to fit into the repair work scheme. He was very nice, seemed thorough and spent time describing the new alarm set up. I don't know how to compare price with others but it seemed reasonable to me.
