I had four photographs which I needed framed for a gift within 3 days.  The larger chain stores all said they would need at least two weeks to have them completed.  Nash was very understanding and said they could  help me find something they had in stock to help me get the gift finished by the day I needed it.  They were very helpful suggesting mats and frames to enhance the picture.  They had the work completed by the date I needed it and is was very well done.  Very good quality framing.

Six months of getting the run-around and terrible customer service - I wouldn't ever waste my time or money again at Nash Frame.  The frame I picked out came in with an entirely different finish on it - and Nash Frame agreed.  (Tip: If the finish is important to you, insist on approving the frame stock before they cut it to your order.)  I gave Nash Frame numerous opportunites to fix it but they were unable to.  I requested a refund and they refused - I was forced to pick out a new frame.  Two months later they told me that frame was discontinued and I'd have to come in and pick out yet another frame!  I paid for hi-quality, professional work and was very frustrated with the amount of time I wasted getting the run-around from them.  I finally wrote to my credit card company documenting everything.  They investigated and reversed the charges.  Plain and simple - this vendor failed to provide the product they represented to me with their sample.  It isn't right to expect a customer to spend endless time and energy allowing a vendor repeated chances to fulfill their part of the contract.

The folks at Nash were very friendly and promised they would take care of the fragile poster. The work was done on time and was fairly priced. I would definitely recommend and I would use them again.

The picture looks nice now. They offered a good design for the frame and they had a great discount going on. I think that the price for framing pictures is expensive everywhere. I picked up the picture from them yesterday.

I visited the downtown Minneapolis location. I had a relatively large poster to be framed, and someone there walked me through all my options, offering advice when I asked. Although I did feel a bit like he was trying to sell me several things I probably didn't need (special expensive glass, an insert so the poster didn't get stuck to the glass inside the frame, etc.), all in all I appreciated the salesman's suggestions. Once I'd decided on a frame for them to build, he gave me a quote, which he said included a $100 new customer discount. It was more expensive than I'd hoped to pay but I was very happy with the end result. He also said it would probably take 3 weeks to complete, but it was done in 2 weeks.

While packing for our recent local move, I discovered that a few of my husband's professional diplomas -- he had framed 7 diplomas using a boring frame for around $850 nine years ago -- were water-damaged from being left near the furnace. One had significant dry rot on the frame, and several had nicks and scratches and "bubbles" from the water exposure. However, the mats and documents looked like they were fine. Although we are young and hip, these were stodgy medical school diplomas, so we needed to keep them fairly conservative. I walked around the room with the help of the salesperson (a late-20-something guy) and we came up with a chocolate brown frame with a bit of gold in a crevice. It was the perfect blend of timeless and cool. He shocked me with the total estimate, but then immediately asked if it was my first time in the store. I said yes and he told me that I could get a 20% discount for my first order. Even with the discount I thought it was pretty expensive, but I liked the store and the reviews on Angie's List, so I went ahead. If they hadn't offered the discount, I would have gone elsewhere. In the end I'm glad I went with Nash. Sure, I probably could have saved some money going elsewhere, but they look very, very good, and certainly much better than they did before. Also, although they quoted me an overly generous 3 weeks to do the work, they called just after 2 weeks to say the framed diplomas were ready early. My original salesperson opened one to make sure I like them. He even carried them out to my car.

Tara was great to work with. The piece was uneven in size and had a few other "issues" and my husband is very picky. She did a wonderful job of letting us know our options for this tricky piece of artwork and the final product is fantastic. This is about the tenth piece of artwork we have had framed at Nash. We don't even consider going anywhere else.

They did an amazing job and we were able to get a good deal on 90% of our framing needs by using their pre-made frames from larger framing scraps. It saved us hundreds of dollars. The staff there are very knowledgeable and creative.

THE FIRST PERSON WHO WAITED ON ME WAS NEW TO THE BUSINESS AND SUGGESTED I COME BACK WHEN A MORE EXPERIENCED FRAMER, MONTGOMERY, WAS IN. I RETURNED LATER AND WE TALKED ABOUT WHAT MATERIALS WOULD BEST PRESERVE THE PICTURE. MONTGOMERY QUOTED ME BUT ALSO LISTENED TO MY COMMENTS AND TOGETHER WE PICKED OUT A COMPLEMENTARY FRAME AND MATTE. THE WORK WAS DONE IN THE TIME STATED AND I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY AND THE WAY THE PICTURE FITS INTO THE ROOM WHERE IT IS NOW HANGING.

I WORKED WITH LIZ AND AMY. THEY GAVE ME GREAT IDEAS AND REALLY FOCUSED ON FRAMING AND MATTING THAT WOULD CORRESPOND WITH THE AGE OF THE PHOTOS.
