They worked for me awhile ago. They also happen to live in my neighborhood and that is how I know them. My overall experience with them went fine. They also do yard, landscaping and snowballing, etc. They are great and they are very responsive. I would like to give them "A's" across the board.

Nanette Crooker did a great job. She and her assistant arrived when they said they would, knew
just what needed weeding, what needed cutting back and did the work in good time. My garden
was a mess, and she made it look Winter Ready.

The experience went fine. I scheduled her and she came. I didn't have any problems with her. I think I tried to contact her and she didn't respond.

We found them on Angie's List, called and they've been our regular lawn service since then.

I am reluctant to post a review because I don't want Nanette and her husband to get so busy with new clients that they no longer have time for my little yard! They are hardworking, good-natured, efficient, honest and conscientious. Their prices are fair and they care about their work. They have done fall and spring clean-ups in my yard for several years and created a beautiful, tiny garden in the front of the house that is flourishing despite my inability to grow things myself.
I marked a B in punctuality/responsiveness because they don't always have time to return emails right away -- scheduling is not a precise science, as they try to fit my little job in-between larger projects - and of course weather can be a factor as well.
Again, I am always impressed with Nanette's efficient work - They use their time well and it's a pleasure to see the results of their expert labor.

They did great on what was done: yard cleanup, large amount of weeding, planting a number of new items, edging by the fences, and cleaned out the front yard planters nicely. The work done was great - I just can't maintain it due to bad knees so need a service that can come out weekly on a set schedule for at least one entire season. After that, for maintenance, they would work out fine.

It was fine. I just need them to come out on a more regular basis. Together they work fast. They are very neat. They do a good job. They need to be more reliable.

I called the company the day after the big blizzard at approximately 8:30 a.m., and around 10:00 a.m., they called and said they'd be out in a few hours. It took a little longer than that for them to show, but the conditions outside were horrible. They did a wonderful job of the driveway, walk, and decks. Driveway had been made smaller by previous snows. They enlarged it. Very pleasant and professional service.

I have been using their lawn mowing services for a couple of years now and I think they do a great job. They catch the grass and do the edging and my yard looks great!

She seemed very professional and we had a nice talk about the landscape plan. I liked the plan, her personality and that she is a small business owner. The problem I had was that the work took so long to get started, which was in October. I also was not happy with the size of the bushes because they were much smaller than expected and there was no guarantees on the plants. I hoped that she would of talked to me first regarding the size of the bushes, but she didn't. When I called her and let her know that I was unhappy with the size she didn't offer any type of compensation.

Nanette Crooker promptly answered our inquiry, and cheerfully came out to give us an estimate. All we needed was simple garden clean-up work done, not a terribly big job. Nanette and her husband made us a very fair estimate, and did not try to sell us any other services we did not need. They preformed the work as promised, on time, and did a very nice job. I will definitely call her again!

We had a little trouble getting a hold of her, but once we did she was always on time. It was a very pleasant experience. She is very lovely to work with, and is quiet but she knows her stuff and is very talented.

They were responsive and very responsible. They go about handling the lawn and garden stuff with little need for interaction. In general, they do a great job. My only "issue" would be that the landscaping/flowers type stuff that they do is generally not as full or beautiful or gorgeous as I would hope for, it's only OK" looking. But everything gets handled so smoothly, that I'm OK with OK looking, I guess.

Will be selling the house in about a year and a half and wanted to give the yard a little more ''curb appeal.'' Two sections had plants/ground cover that was very old and needed replacing. Other areas just needed to be torn up and reseeded. Was looking for smaller landscape contractor.

She gets all A's. Very reasonable. She's very nice. We will use her again next spring.

She was very responsive and came out when she said she would come out. She did everything she said she would do in a timely manner.

TOOK A WHILE FOR ME TO HEAR BACK FROM HER, BUT WHEN THEY DID THE WORK, WOW, WERE THEY EFFICIENT, AND THOROUGH! I AM DEFINITELY GOING TO CONTACT HER AGAIN FOR THE SPRING. RELATIVELY LOW COST FOR THE LARGE AMOUNT THEY GET DONE. GOOD JOB.

Quick response and quality work. Not all requested work was done. We are hoping to become a regular client in the future.
