They replaced the broken touch screen on my son's laptop. David was very accomodating, and was happy to answer with any questions. My son says the screen image is better than it was brand new!

It went very well. We found David was very flexible, he showed up on time and was very professional throughout the process. He was able to help troubleshoot the issues that were causing the problems and nice enough to allow me to look over his shoulder so I knew how to correct it, if the issue was encountered again. Very satisfied with the services received and for the price we paid. He also seemed very knowledgeable with configuring and troubleshooting wireless and wired networks. Highly recommended!

They showed up on time. They took a little more time than they expected but they knock it off of their bill. The didn't bill for the extra time, we were kind of feeling the breeze. To be honest I wouldn't say they are exceptional but I'd say they are good.

My hard drive had failed and my back up was pretty old, so I was hoping I could retrieve the data from the hard drive. After searching on Angie's list I found  N HOME PC REPAIR which and very good ratings. I found Dave to be a very solid person and he was professional throughout the process. He showed up on time (and accommodated my schedule and location); he was quick with a turnaround on communications and on a resolution. I'm an IT person and I just didn't have time to go through the steps so I engaged him. In talking to him it was clear he is very knowledgeable and experienced in this line of work. Again, great professionalism and punctuality, excellent communications, accommodating, knowledgeable, experienced, and a quick resolution sums up my experience with Dave and his company.

Went very Smoothly

Within 5 hours of Angie’s List’s recommendation my computer was fixed. He saved me 59.00 dollars by telling me that my wifi service came with antivirus software. He installed that software. He was very prompt, efficient, and reasonable. He saved me more money than he charged.

David picked up the computer and returned it a couple of days later. We are pleased with the results and the cost was reasonable.

Dave, the technician was at my house within a few hours after I called to fix my dvd burner that stopped working. He was on time and friendly. He was not able to fix the problem right away and determined that I needed a new hard drive also, so he took it with him and said he would have it fixed within a day or 2. He called the same evening and said he fixed it and he could deliver it the next day. He was very prompt the next morning and we made sure that everything worked to our satisfaction before he left. Thank You Dave!

Dave did a great job.  He was available to come to the house the same evening the day called.  But due to my schedule, he came the next night. He was able to get my laptop up and searching the internet again within a couple of hours.  He has very reasonable
rates.  I will definitely use him again if I have computer problems.

PC desktop video screen went blank after a power outage. Found N Home PC Repair off Angie's List and called them and talked to Dave at around 9:30 AM. Dave listened to the problem and said he could be out at 10:30 AM if that worked for me, which it did. He arrived on time and after ruling out the power supply, found the integrated video adapter to be bad. He installed a stand alone video adapter card in the PC and that fixed the problem.
He ran the video card driver and stayed to make sure it installed properly. He then took the time to go through many of the PC settings with me and clean things up. I would give Dave the very highest praise as he 1) was extremely responsive 2) took off his shoes when he came in the house 3) went about his business of diagnosing and fixing the problem very professionally 4) had the necessary parts in his truck 5) took the time to explain what he was doing and was never in a rush to leave 6) his billing was very fair as I expected to pay much more.
I will definitely use Dave in the future and recommend him to friends & family when the occasions arise!

Dave arrived on time, worked diligently which required installing cable ends (tiny color coded wires inserted into clips in the exact correct order) on 9 locations. He then set up both computers to communicate with each other. Everything worked as it should. He was good to work with.

We made an appointment, he arrived as scheduled reviewed the problem, gave me the price and took the laptop home with him to do the repairs in his shop.   The repair required him to dismantle the laptop and replace the fan with heatsink then reassemble. 
He took it on Sunday and returned it on Monday, I couldn't be happier.
Great job, I have no hesitation in recomending him.

I would use this company again.  Dave was punctual when picking up my computer and fixed it and returned it within 24 hours.  He did what he said he would do for the price that he quoted.  I would definitely recommend him.

We like him very much. If we were to have any computer problems, we would call him. He is very reasonable.

They have been good and we have been very pleased. His prices are reasonable. He comes out and takes a look at it and if it needs repairs he takes it to his shop. He then delivers it once it’s been repaired. He will try to repair it at your house first, though.
