He does it out of his house. It?s a small operation and he does few pianos a year. He was very professional and very thorough. He had an appreciation for the piano itself. He was familiar with that age and brand of piano. He does very careful work the way he did on our piano. We were very satisfied with his ability and his responsiveness.
