I can't recommend this company highly enough! I had some unruly shrubs and crowded perennials; it all looked rather messy. They trimmed the shrubs and dug up parts of the shrubs as we had discussed; they also divided some perennials. The plants look absolutely lovely now. Communication and scheduling were excellent, the price was very reasonable, and James even suggested some minor tweaks I hadn't thought of. Thank you so much, Mother Earth Gardens!!!! You guys are awesome, and I am a very happy customer.

We've purchased plants and blubs here many times and have been very pleased by the expert and kind service. We love the selection of native plants. Prior to this weekend I would have given them an A+ rating. This week for the first time we twice had poor service. Maybe because it was nearly closing time on a Sunday? After one person giving only a short answer before walking away and a second person dismissing my question in a condescending manner the third time was the charm and we received A+ service on recommendations of shrubs. We will return and hope that our service will continue to be the high quality we've come to expect rather than the disappointing situations this weekend.

I've been going here for 5 years. The employees are very good. They're knowledgeable about the plants so they can answer all of my questions. They're very friendly and personable, too.

The staff at Mother Earth Gardens are all very helpful. I didn't want to purchase an entire bale of straw as I only needed a little to cover some grass seed that I was putting down. They sold me a partial bale. The praying mantis eggs hatched some time in July. I only got a couple of dozen nymphs. I thought I released them too early. However, later in the summer, I saw a big preying mantis on my garage siding.

They were friendly, timely and fun to work with. They made great selections because of the different seasons. They were all highly competent women. I've gone to their store for years and everything always looks so healthy and they have a great variety.

I took my two nieces to Mother Earth Gardens to buy plants for Mother's Day. It's especially fun to bring children because there's plenty of colorful plants and decorations to keep their attention. We bought a large hanging plant and three smaller plants as gifts for Mother's Day. The folks who work there are always friendly and take the time to answer questions and show you interesting things. Also, they don't rush you out the gate at closing time.

Wonderful selection, especially of native plants, and a great variety of sustainable gardening supplies like rain barrells, permeable pavers, and other hard-to-find items. Staff was very helpful and knowleadgeable without being condescending to a gardening newbie like me.
