The final result was fine, and the cost was OK too, but communications was a problem. After several attempts to get a date for when they'd do the work, and no replies, I had to say that I was just about to cancel and use somebody else, and they replied, and eventually did perform the work, quickly and with no fuss. I had to pick up some nails and aluminum clippings afterwards, however.
