The one area lacking is communication. The builders are not big on technology so they don't response or provide detailed emails as I would have preferred. We talk on the phone often, but getting a schedule and updates like any business would, would be nice.
We wanted some special features like getting In floor heating in the basement was a chore, as it wasn't something they were used to. I also arranged for some Smart Home Technology which was new for them, but they let the company I arranged to come in and wire up what was needed. I also have a friend who is going to do the Wood Flooring and let me use this person instead of their contractors.
Their builder supplier also seemed a little limited in styles, but we were able to find the carpets, lighting, counters etc that we could live with. There were many to choose from, but it would have been nice to have more options.
They took the design I provided and had their drafts person make all the modifications, until the plans were exactly how I wanted them. As I hope this is my last house, I wanted it perfect.
We haven't moved in yet, but we stop in every week, if not more often and so far, they have done everything we have asked. The house is looking great and we are excited to start living in the new house.
I review many things, so don't take a B as a bad review, you have to be pretty good to get a B and Excellent to get an A.
