"I WAS ONLY INFORMED ABOUT THE CRACKED GROUT (APPROX. 1 FOOT OUT OF 600 FEET). THE MEMBER BOUGHT THE GROUT, MENARDS SAID SHE MUST FILE A CLAIM, BUT NOTHING WRONG WITH GROUT. MUST HAVE BEEN BUMPED/DAMAGED. I OFFERED TO FIX IT ANYWAY, BUT MEMBER WANTED ENTIRE SHOWER AREA REPLACED OR NOTHING (A LITTLE UNREASONABLE BY ANY STANDARD). BEEN DOING THIS FOR 30 YEARS WITH NO COMPLAINTS."
