This is what they invoiced me for and didn't do any of the work per the current tenant Northstar Balloons!
45 lightbulbs -- $315 - the lightbulbs we had were a brighter color so they charged us to make them the same but have never changed them per the current tenant.
"Replaced 15 sheets of sheet rock in warehouse" - $1125. They never touched the warehouse, and their Maintenance Manager Bill Bogart told us that spackle and sanding was sufficient which we did.
Supervisor Inspection - $250 they charged to do absolutely nothing!
Contractor Fee - $196 they charged to do absolutely nothing!
They even charged us $20 to install a light we bought for the warehouse that the tenant replaced himself!
Bottom Line: These people act like your family when they want something from you, and the moment you leave them (even if intended temporarily) they stab you through the back and steal your security deposit.
We left a $6000 granite counter and cabinet kitchen we paid for because they said we couldnt take it. It had a Bosch dishwasher and upper matching cabinets and stylish silver handles.
We paid them over 1 million dollars in rent over the past 10 years and never missed a payment and this is sadly how we were treated in the end. Do not rent from these people. They are brutal and dishonest.
