They were very friendly and fast, and when a cat broke the rolling mechanism (by attacking and pulling down the shade too hard), they fixed it for free. I would definitely recommend them, our rooms are now nicely dark and it helps us all sleep!

VERY PERSONABLE, SMALL COMPANY WITH GREAT SERVICE. I MIS-MEASURED, AND WHEN I TOOK THE SHADES BACK IN, THEY CORRECTED THEM OVERNIGHT AT NO CHARGE!
