Moving
They contacted me about 20 minutes before I was to meet them and told me they were going to be 30 to 45 minutes late. I was already at the location I was to meet them at which was an hour from my home. Approximately 30 minutes later, they informed me that they were not going to be able to make it at all and they had to reschedule for the next day. The next day, they arrived 20 minutes late to the location of pick up. They got the furniture and moved it to the secondary location and proceeded to charge me $125.
