Minnesota Valley Construction

Minnesota Valley remodeled the lower level of my house including  adding a bathroom and kitchenette as well as carpeting the entire lower level. I was very pleased with the overall experience, the workers cleaned up everyday before they left, they were very friendly and did an excellent job, I would recommend Minnesota Valley and would use them again.

We were in process of getting quotes for re-roofing our home in Bloomington.  The contractor we used 10 years prior to do an addition unfortunately used inferior shingles that were now disintegrating.  We were very cautious to select the right company , one that we could trust .  So, when Tim reached out to us, we were pleased to have another quote, especially from an aquaintance.  He was very polite and prefessional in all phone conversations and meetings.  He came over to our house and listened to our concerns.  It was important for us to have a higher quality shingle, that would last.  Tim made some recommendations and even brought samples to our home.  He led us through the process, step by step.  He was so patient, answering all our questions and concerns.  Tim reassured us that his team was very good, and had been loyally working projects together for many years.  The work was scheduled and the roofing crew arrived and completed the job as agreed over a weekend.   We were very impressed with how detailed and clean they left the site, even after demolition when they removed all the shingles.  The house perimeter was cleaner than when they got started. The finished product turned out fantastic, and looks great.  We really appreciated that Tim checked in before, during and after construction to make sure everything progressed well.  Tim can be trusted to deliver professional, high quality roofing projects at a great price.  We were so pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend MN Valley Construction for residential home projects.
