It was very good. He came in, came over and he gave me an estimate. They said that's how much it would be. They went in, trimmed and they hauled everything away. They did what I'd asked for. I found them because he was pruning trees for the school district over here for middle school. I asked him would he trim one of my trees. He said, I would. I think he was in line with everybody else at that time. He told me how much it would be and that's what it was. He cleaned most of the sticks and that kind of time. We were satisfied. He told me he'd be here in a couple of days and he was here. If we had a big major deal again and he came through in this area, I'd consider using him again.

It turned out pretty well. The trees are healthy and growing really well and they look really good actually. They were very timely. They worked around our schedule and just made quick work of it. They were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and did it great. They came around to our neighborhood, that's how we got them.

The service was done very well. Box Elders are basically just weeds that look like trees. They're a little more expensive than what I expected. They did have to do a lot of work. They were right on the spot. They were very professional.

The pricing was not compatible with the budget; we'll have some large trees removed and was significantly more than we paid previously for that service. They were responsive and called us back right away but the pricing was just more than what we would like to pay.

They were very good. The foreman removed a large tree and he did it on the same day. They were prompt and completely everything they said they would do.

It went very well. They did things that were up and over what we asked them to do. The price was very fair because I had 3 bids. The trees are gone. They brought in the dirt to fill holes. It was nice. So all I have to do is replace the bushes and some stuff this spring. They were all very nice fellas.

The person that they sent out to give me the estimates was very professional and he was a professional herbalist unlike the other estimates I got. The others sent out persons who only did the work. The difference is the herbalist told me what to do with the trees and what not to do with the trees. He also told me how to treat the trees.

They reshaped the trees, thinned out the trees, and hauled out all of the debris. The technicians are fantastic! In particular, Mike and AJ were amazing. They were so great that my neighbors had them come out!

They were on time, they cleaned up very well with no mess, and they met my expectations. The quality of their work was very good.

The crew arrived on time, they were very thorough and did everything they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves and they even did a small extra job that wasn't part of the agreement for a nominal additional fee. They were easy to work with and knew what they were doing. The provider did the work while we were not home. We were out of town. Upon return the part of the netting of our trampoline was ripped. Also part of the tree was not taken off the property and a 4 foot stump was left. The trimmings from the bushes were not cleaned up and the patio furniture was moved out of the way but not replace in its proper place when the job was done. We spoke with an individual at the company and they gave us a $100. dollar discount. In my opinion they never cleaned up after themselves and were unclear about what they would do as the tree was largely left in our yard...

Project was extensive. We had a large tree limb fall during a wind storm. An arborist came out and determined the 40+ft boxelder tree was near death as well as a 30ft ash tree. We had another 35ft boxelder tree that was leaning over the roof of our house and needed to come down. Approximately 5 other trees in the backyard need extensive trimming to ensure their future health. A crew of 4 employees came out and systematically completed the job with precision including hauling away all signs of the trees and trimmings. Afterwards, they raked up the yard and blew off the driveway and street. They left the property looking as good as it did when they arrived. They utilized the latest in tree equipment which is extremely friendly towards the lawn and property.

That was the first time we used them. I don't have any complaints, they did a good job. It wasn't anything above or beyond my expectations, or below it. I had gotten a discrepancy in quotes from them, and it could have just been seasonal or a busy and nonbusy period, but it always makes someone think why the difference in quotes. We got an earlier quote, and then we couldn't do it, then we got another quote that was more. It was a fair price. They were real quick to take care of it.

This group did a great job of trimming the silver maple. It now has shape and a new lease on life. I had considered just removing it, because it look so unhealthy. They also pointed out some ant infestation and how to treat it. My house and fence are unscathed. Clean up was excellent. They even threw in removal of another smaller tree. I would recommend them and will use them in the future..

It went well. I will use them again. They are good at what they do.

The lead fellow was good to work with and willing to do extra trimming, for an additional fee, of course. After the crew left however, I discovered a number of smaller limbs, branches, and brush left in the woodsy area of the lot where they fell. We did not contact them about this. Two large red oaks, which were trimmed after the diseased tree was downed, did not return healthy this spring, and had to be cut down. They appeared to be in good shape at the time and now we're wondering if the disease might have been spread by the saws...
