Description of Work: They cut down two trees and a few small shrubs, but mistakenly cut down a third tree. They did plant the replacement tree for me, but I paid for the tree.

Description of Work: The tree trimming and the initial discussion about the trees were very good and informative, but when there was an issue with the tree that had been worked on, I had to call multiple times to get them to respond back. I will give them another try as the work they did do was good.

Description of Work: These guys did a really nice, thorough job. I really appreciated how neatly they did the trimming and how nicely they cleaned up. The gentleman who came out to do the initial survey said that the job I was asking them to do was an extra $200 and though I was disappointed I was not surprised. Because mine was a small jobs, they planned to "fit it in". While it was a bit longer than I expected, I returned home one day to find all the trimming complete, the branches completely gone... and in the end they did not charge me the extra $. I would absolutely use this company again - thanks for the great job!

Description of Work: No work was done, still have an outstanding purchase. Initial response was fine but when a request for a change in the original order was made the was no farther response from them. I will not deal with this company again and would not recommend them.

Description of Work: Trimmed my large maple tree in front of my house. Provider said it was best to wait until cooler weather to trim maples so that is why it took so long.

Description of Work: They trimmed two very large trees in my yard, removed a tall evergreen bush, huge rose bush and removed many volunteer tree starts and brush around my fence. They were on time, did exactly what they said they would do, in the time they promised and cleaned up everything. I have NEVER had such good service.

Description of Work: They trimmed 5 trees in my yard. The large maple in the backyard got a great haircut which brought the canopy up several feet. They did miss some dead branches in 2 of the trees.

Description of Work: They removed 3 large trees between our house and the house next to us. They were very carefull about not damaging our lawn and anything on our neighbor's property. They cleaned everything up quick and efficiently. We were very impressed with them.
