Terry is our default handyman to do any work can do, which is almost anything.  The ceiling on this room looked horrible so we hired Terry to fix this.  This room now looks awesome!

He has replaced some of our windows, fixed a hole under our door, added supports to our roof, and other small projects. He always does great work! Looks nice and done right!

Terry was great to work with. He was trustworthy and took a lot of initiative in terms of doing research about anything from light fixtures to carbon monoxide detectors. As the property is not our home, he did a great job keeping me informed with detailed updates, as well as keeping detailed records of time and receipts. He was easy to get a hold of and always prompt to respond. He was knowledgeable and let us know our different options in decisions we had to make. It was wonderful to know we could give him a key and have him do the work and that it would get done in a timely manner and get done well. Terry really went the extra mile for us and it is greatly appreciated. We would definitely recommend him and his services.

Terry was very easy to reach, and talk to. Prompt and professional. Great person to work with.

Terry readily responded to my phone call and called back when I was not available. He arrived on time for our appointment. He listened to my concern and talked through the possible solutions. He ended up taking the cabinet front with him to make two wooden replacement parts. Terry returned later than morning with the pieces and put the cabinet back together. It worked! And to improve the functionality of the pull-out, he offered to build another slightly-larger-than-the-original piece to make a tighter fit and decrease the wobbliness. Terry called when the piece was ready and stopped by to install it at a convenient time for me. Terry was friendly and competent; I wish I had contacted him years ago to fix this cabinet! I will definitely call on him again when I need a handyman.

Terry was expert and professional, and very conscientious. His communication over the telephone and email was timely and clear, his work was executed very well, and he finished the 3 small projects in one working day. He submitted a clear invoice which included photo copies of receipts for materials. He took the time also to go over each of the three areas and point out what he did. I would highly recommend Terry.

Terry was very responsive. He did the work promptly and gave me all the details via email, including the bill. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I hope to have him help us out on a few other projects on the house.

Excellent -- Terry read the plans that came from the manufacturer; installed the track and door hardware and hung the door over course of 2 afternoons. As our walls and floors are quite uneven, this required a lot of adjustments and some creative thinking (he even took a metal piece and cut it down at a nearby cousin's shop!) but it all went great.

We needed to replace the original wall oven in our 1960 house. I could find ovens that fit the existing width of the cabinet but all were too high. When I called Terry I reached him immediately (I didn't have to leave a message) and he said he would get back to me the next week to schedule a time to take a look at the problem. That's exactly what he did. He said he hadn't done anything exactly like that before but he knew that he could. He wasn't able to make it back to do the work for another three weeks, but then he showed up when he said he would. After a considerable amount of banging he showed me how he got the original shelf out, and after several trips in and out of the house where he set up all his tools, he showed me how he put it all back together again. He said he wanted it to look like that's the way it had always been and except for a couple of screw holes, it does. Everything was left neat and clean.

His estimate was reasonable, his work was meticulous, he was completely professional. We'd highly recommend him. Terry is well educated and very professional. He is someone you can feel every comfortable about having in your home. He was cheerful, very prompt, and did what his bid said he would do and more. He's definitely coming back to our house!
