Description of Work: The doctor was extremely hard to get return phone calls from. He also said he wasn't aware of narcotics needing prior authorization. I waited 2 weeks for him to finally get my medication approved. He also filled out paperwork incorrectly, for my Insurance company Hartford. That mistake cost me 2 1/2 weeks pay. I would not recommend Doctor Colon to anyone.

 + -1 moreHe is a brilliant doctor, but I hate the office. I wish he worked anywhere else. The office ladies are rude and nosy. Dr. Kluznik is the only psychiatrist that my mother sees, and he is the only one that I would really trust with her care. He researches, and he listens. He doesn?t rush my mom in and out. He squeezes in some therapy for my mom because she can?t afford to see a therapist. He is kind and genuinely cares for his patients. He often works at prisons.
Description of Work: Dr. John Kluznik is my mother’s psychiatrist.
