I would call them 'no frills.' I moved there from another storage company that had a nicer facility but cost more. Minikahda charges $39 a month

The staff is extremely gracious and well-informed. They helped me choose an appropriately sized unit, arranged for me to view it and accomplished all the necessary paperwork very efficiently.

Storage unit is dry and clean. Security password is required to enter the storage unit area. Security cameras reside through the property. Minikahda Storage is conveniently located near SW Minneapolis, Edina and St. Louis Park.

Storage unit is clean and dry and very secure. No problems with unwanted pests (critters or bugs). Our storage area contains small RV, books, furniture, clothing and household misc. There has never been any type of problem.
