MIKE THE PAINTER

Our kitchen needed a little update.  I have many cabinets and drawers in our kitchen (over 100 knobs) and all are in a whitewash finish.  To change the look I had this vision to paint the island cabinets a contrasting color and then put in new quartz counter tops.
Mike worked with me in finding the right color, a deep chocolate brown.  I wanted the color to have more depth so Mike applied a technique that mimicked wood grain.  After this he applied a top coat glaze to protect the finish.  Mike did an amazing job!  He was patient with the 3 step process that it took to achieve what I think was a very successful, much needed update to a 1996 kitchen.          I have used Mike with several painting projects in the past including exterior painting, interior wall painting and window restoration work.  He has also been able to do some small carpentry repairs to window hardware, drawers, and other things while prepping for the painting he did.  This has saved me time and energy in finding someone else to fix things before he had to paint.  Mike is courteous and leaves his work space clean.  Mike is affordable and easy to work with.  I would highly recommend Mike Korzekwa.

Mike was the painting subcontractor for our master suite remodel. He did such a good job on that project that we had him stain and paint our wood staircase railing giving it a completely different look. Mike is a very efficient painter with very reasonable prices.
