 + 0 moreThey wanted to charge me for technical support on a brand new device with all the proper protection. They didn't help me at all and only tried to hard sell me. I won't ever call them again, I'll go to someone local.
Description of Work: I purchased a brand new Dell that came with Windows 8. It's extremely difficult to use. It's totally and completely different than any program I've ever used. It's not intuitive at all and hard to move around. My machine already has viruses and instead of getting the help I needed from them, they tried talking me into a 2 year $250 technical support plan.
