Mick - came same day and after a bit of work, filing etc. I have a file cabinet with 2 keys to lock it. Perfect. I would highly recommend him!

He was waiting for me as I drove into the drive and I was on time almost to the minute. He followed me to the problem lock and began to try to unlatch the door. After several attempts, he had gained access, confirmed the problem part and replaced it. He explained the problem to me. He had made 2 additional keys as I requested, checked to make sure they worked and made fine adjustments so that keys worked smoothly. He had left the bad parts for me. (I make it a practice to do this.) He handed me a statement and explained the charges and had left.

Rekeyed four locks. Pleasant, punctual and did the job.

Mick was very professional. He was the ONLY locksmith we called from Angie's list who required a valid Minnesota ID which matched the residence needing the unlock service. That made me far more confident in his professional abilities and business integrity, that he would not just randomly unlock any residence for a few bucks. He came out at 10 at night and took about 10 minutes to complete his work. I highly recommend his service to anyone needing emergency locksmith services.

He was able to come right over the next day and performed the work properly and at a very fair price. I've used them in the past for similar work and would certainly call again.

Nice guy. Did the job efficiently. Looks great. Job was a little tricky because he had to notch out the door by hand for the plate.

It's a small job, but I liked his personality and the fact that it was done quickly, and cheaply.
