The good thing was that they did the repair in about 5 days. They did give me a warning that by putting this type of dimmer, it may not end up working for very long and their guarantee wasn't beyond 30 days. After about 45 days, it stopped working. They are not the friendliest place. I ended up getting the lamp repaired again, but I had a regular switch put in. I went to a different place. Their service was pretty good. They are not warm and fuzzy there, but they are honest about the fact that it may not work and it ended up not working. They did have the repair done quickly. It initially worked but then it didn't work after 45 days. I probably would not use them in the future.

They took the lamp and repaired it in one week as promised. I always use them for my lamps service. Very helpful company.

Awful, terrible, miserable. He told us 2 weeks max, and it's been 2 MONTHS! And, still no lamp shade. Do business elsewhere if you care about your lamps. To make it worse, this is the 1st negative report I've ever completed on Angie's. Michael's finally completed the job, and the quality was acceptable. Doesn't excuse everything else, though.

They ground the paint off the two light fixture which was about 100 years old and one of a three chandelier set. They said nothing and tried to escape culpability. They also failed to call me to let me know of the problem or tell me to pick them up. They are worse than worthless!
