They did not do the "move out" cleaning that I requested. I called and sent text messages several times to confirm the "move out" cleaning. The cleaning crew simply wiped the floors and the exterior of some appliances. I was told by Terry they would clean for 2-3 hours but the crew only cleaned for about an hour and when they were finished I asked "did you clean things like the window sills, cabinet shelves, and inside of the windows", and they said yes even though they had not done those thing. I had to rush around cleaning the kitchen cabinets, window sills, baseboards, and interior of the oven among other things. The cleaning crew also removed 3 bottles of cleaner from my house without permission. When I spoke to the manager she offered a $30 discount but that was not nearly enough. And she did not address why the crew was dishonest about what they cleaned nor the cleaning bottles they took without permission.
