MULTIPLE NO SHOWS ON DAYS THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE. I HAD TO CALL THEM DAILY FOR A WEEK TO GET THEM TO PICK UP A PERMIT PRIOR TO AN INSPECTION. INSTALLED MIXER VALVE HANDLE IN SHOWER INCORRECTLY WHICH WAS EASILY REPAIRED BY OUR CARPENTER. DID NOT RETURN MY CALLS AFTER FLOOR FLOODED FOLLOWING THEIR REARRANGEMENT OF OUR WATER SOFTENER OUTFLOW TUBING.

THIS IS A FATHER AND SON BUSINESS. IT APPEARS THEY WERE HAVING DIFFICULTY WITH EMPLOYEES. BOTH MERLE (FATHER) AND CHUCK (SON) ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE, BUT THEY DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON THEIR COMMITMENT TO US. THE LEAST THEY COULD HAVE DONE WAS TO CALL US RIGHT AWAY, SUGGEST WE HIRE A DIFFERENT PLUMBER AND REFUND OUR MONEY.
