Great experience. Hauled out the old one, all the way to the alley. Cleaned up the tile underneath, and the floor when he was done.

DERICK ARRIVED WHEN PROMISED. WAS FRIENDLY, INTELLIGENT, ARTICULATE, NEATLY DRESSED (COMPLETE WITH A LONG SHIRT THAT TUCKED IN!) TREATED ME WITH RESPECT AND SHOWED ME HOW TO DO SOME OF THIS MAINTENANCE MYSELF IN THE FUTURE. HE ALSO GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR HIM TO REMOVE AND INSTALL A NEW TOILET IF WHAT HE DID DOESN'T SOLVE THE PROBLEM (WE'VE TRIED SEVERAL OTHER REMEDIES). IN ADDITION, HE DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME PRODUCTS OR SERVICES I DIDN'T NEED AND DIDN'T ASK FOR AND GAVE ADVICE ABOUT HOW TO AVOID HIGH-COST REPAIRS/PROJECTS IN THIS BATHROOM IN THE FUTURE.
