Menards They are very fair. They are very nice, it was very nice, it was very quick, I went in I figured out what kind of block I wanted, went up to the builder's desk, we set it up for the delivery, they printed out the receipt, I went out and paid for it, we scheduled the delivery. The guy came on time, it was within a four hour block of time, he came on time and dropped it right where I wanted it to be.

We just closed on our new home yesterday. I waited for 2 hours for them to show up to instal the door. I waited on hold for 40 minutes to find out the installer was on his way. Then, installer called and said he would be her in 40 mins and wanted to charge me more money. I said no I have paid for a deal and should get what I paid for. I then talked to the manager and he said that it would be more money or a refund. No apologizes nothing. They were very unprofessional.
