I don?t think they are careful enough. For example: between the woodwork and the wall ? they should have done painting caulking. Now in the winter, it pulls away. They only did that downstairs and not in my master bedroom.

They could have been more upfront about their skill level. There was a lot of things that they did here, that they have not done before, they should have told me that. They didn?t keep the place clean during the construction either. They used dirty cloths and tarps all over my brand new carpet and tile. Some took their shoes off and some didn?t. The shelf over my toilet was not centered either; it was centered over the toilet. I had them do it again and it was still not centered. It was difficult working with the owner. They installed the wrong bathtub faucet as well. If I hired them again I would have every detail written out on paper. Their tile employee I would give an A+ too; he was a perfectionist.
