Exterior Painting
SOME OF THE WINDOWS ARE PAINTED SHUT, SOME ARE HALF PAINTED. THE INSIDE WINDOWS WERE NOT PAINTED. THE SHUTTERS AND DOORS ARE THE WRONG COLOR. HE HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK. HE DID STOP BY LAST MONDAY AND HAVE NOT SEEN HIM SINCE. HE HAS BEEN UNRELIABLE, AND SEEMS TO SHOW WHEN HE WANTS.
