So our plumbing contractor came out today. He did amazing work and knocked out the job without any issues. However when he was done he told me that he need a $100 payment in addition to what you charged me, however not a payment to the contracted company but to him personally! If I read the finer points of the contact correctly I should not of had to pay anything. So that is my issue, not only did I agree to pay Angie's List for the work and I supplied the replacement part. I don't understand why the **** I had to write the contractor a check when he finished? I didn't write the check to Angie's List or the contracted company I was ask to write it to him personally. I don't understand what kind of shake down job was going down but I agreed to the presented price through the app. I don't appreciate having to come out of pocket again after that.
