Tim gave us expert advice on how to address the problem of our stained popcorn ceiling.  He did the work the noticed that it was still cracking a bit.  He gave us a tip on how to deal with it in the future.
When the stain started to show through again, he came back and redid part of his work on his time and his dime to make sure it was done correctly.
He works hard to do a good job and make sure his customers are satisfied.

The painter did a beautiful job and worked continuously until done.  He also did a great job of cleaning up.  My only disappointment was the owner didn't check back with me to make sure I was satisfied with the job and if I was interested in any other work.

I purchased the $350 deal for the Painter For a Day 3 months ago and have not heard anything from this vendor in regards to getting anything actually scheduled. I would like a full refund and will work with Angie's List CS to help facilitate this.

Tim's crew is pretty busy, but he was able to squeeze my paint job in during unpredictable weather outdoors.  Good communication.  They came in, worked hard to get the job done within a matter of hours.  These guys were professional, easy to talk to and did a great job.  I have some more painting to be done in the near future and I will be calling them.

Tim and his team arrived and worked together to paint the tall stairwell.  That went well and turned out nicely.  Then Tim left his two assistants to paint the bedrooms.  I was not impressed with his assistants.  To save time, I had them paint only two walls in one of the bedrooms, leaving two walls white.  The quality of the edge work in the corners was poor, and there were splatters of the new tan paint on the white walls, which were difficult to fix since (1) tan is darker than white and (2) I didn't have any white paint.  In the other bedroom, I found lots of heavy sections of dropping paint and missed sections, so I had to walk around and point those out to get them fixed before they left.  Many outlets and light switches were painted too.  And the outlet covers were missing in one of the bedrooms so I had to go buy new ones (since I didn't realize until the day before my renter was moving in).  Tim was professional, but his assistants weren't--I found one of them lying on the floor while the other painted and they were fairly immature and unprofessional in their conversations with me.  In the end, three rooms are painted, including a tall stairwell, and I only paid $350 so I gave the project overall a B.  You get what you pay for.

The services were provided promptly and professionally. Tim is extremely busy (because of his excellent service I'm sure) yet he still went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and even allowed for extra workers in order to get the entire job done. He kept me informed about their progress, offered a fair rate and made sure my needs were met. Everyone on his crew was professional, courteous and polite. The paint job looks amazing and I could not be happier with the results. My house is transformed and every room they did looks amazing. I'd recommend Mater's Touch to everyone!
