Everthing went great Matt from masters Touch painting came over on Saturday the 21st of October and did real good job and cleanded up everything.

Then a ceiling with a skylight painted in same bright Navajo White!! Vet happy with both jobs!!

Tim and his crew did a very nice job. They had to work around a rainy time and did a good job of finishing up the work as quickly as possible without compromising on quality. Tim was very easy to work with and I would definitely hire again.

Overall they got me in much quicker than any other painter. I was very pleased with that. Very quick to respond. They were quick and efficient work. The drawback was minimal prep work. I came across paint drips and touchups which you wouldn't expect from pros. They didn't really cover much of the floor or furniture and I did find some splatter marks I had to scrape off. Not a big deal if you don't have anything furnished, but I'll be more aware of it next time to protect the floor. For the price, was worth getting the job done.

My last experience with Master's Touch Painting was pretty good. Yes, I would use this provider again in the future.

Tim and his crew did a great job painting our house. We did our research and received 6 quotes before hiring someone for the job. Tim's quote was not the cheapest or the highest, but we chose to hire Master's Touch to paint our house because he was thorough and paid attention to detail while inspecting our home before giving us a quote. I could tell that he was going to do a good job and I respected that he did not undercut himself in price (which in my opinion could leave one desperate to finish faster and cut corners). Tim and his crew were timely, respectful, and quiet. I work from home so I was worried it would be difficult to work with people in the house, but that was not the case. They were flexible with what rooms they did when so that I could keep working easily. Although communication was minimal, Tim did a great job at completing our project on time and we are happy with the results. We plan to hire Tim & his company in a few years to paint the exterior of our house.

OUTSTANDING. Master's Touch product was excellent. If you look past the quality of work, the other items were just fantastic - timeliness, accuracy of bid, working with the paint store to get the correct discount, the communication -- geez, Master's Touch is WHY I PAY MONEY to Angie's List. Outstanding work, we are really happy.

Paint job was good, but needs to improve on commication with the client.

Tim's work was very good and exceeded expectations. Just a couple spots where paint was on some wood trim that I easily picked off and some missed areas (maybe a couple square feet total) where I touched up myself. This was likely due to the similar color used (trying to paint match) and the fact that I wanted only one coat done. I could have easily missed the spots, and they missed hardly any. The whole job was done in a day, which would have taken me much longer and they used hardly any paint! If I was to do it again, I would rely on his accurate estimate of how much paint was needed--I ended up with 4 gallons of paint that weren't even opened! Also, I would have removed the light switch/outlet covers and vents so he could get under versus masking around them. However, I was going out of town and didn't have time to do it myself. The cost of the work was $200 - 300 less than the next bidder. A great value, and I'm very happy with the work. He can be a little hard to reach by phone, but would definitely hire again.

I never received a call or any type of communication with the service provider.  Very unprofessional.  We had used them once before in Jan of 2016 and they were very good but would not recommend them now.
