MAS ELLIS

Description of Work: Max Ellis was referred to me by a close friend. Max was so comfortable to work with. She helped me search out my first home to buy. There was no pressure or time frame. Max worked with me and answered all my questions with ease. She is friendly, outgoing, and always available. We went to over 15 houses in all parts of the city before we settled on one of the first ones we looked at. She never left me hanging and was there through the entire process. She even had a handyman available when the owners of the new house I was buying didn't want to do minor repairs, which my mortgage company requested. Going above and beyond, she had junk hauled away the owners left me, which was not there during the final walkthrough. In St. Louis Park, this would of cost me a fee. I still keep in touch with Max to this day. She has wonderful references and a comforting, yet determined personality. She will always be a loyal friend and trusting business contact for me.
