It went excellent, this is an owner/opperator business. Pat Martin is the owner and uses 1 assistant to help him to do work. Because this is Pat Martin's business, he works very hard to build a loyal customer following. Outsanding in every respect.

Pat Martin is the owner/operator of this business. We have used him for several years now, replacing a much more expensive firm that used employees to do the work. No surprise that minimum wage laborers do not have the same degreeof commitment to quality as an owner/operator. So, wwhen you hire Martin Bros., you get Pat on the job. We have been delighted each and every time that we have used him. He cleaned our windows a couple of weeks ago, and, after that, he did my son's house and this week my daughter's. 
My daughter's windows were installed last year and still had sticky residue from the manufacturing process. So, Pat had to take more time with his blade and Goo-Gone to remove the gunk before doing the actual cleaning. Now the windows are crystal clear and a joy to look out of.
Another point worth noting: Pat is a very fine and honest person and family man. We do not hesitate for a moment in giving him the run of our house, even if we are away. That makes it much easier to use Pat than, say, a contractor with hourly wage workers whom we do not and really cannot know.
To top it all off, Pat is a real bargain. I often have to tell him that he has not charged us enough!!

Pat Martin is the owner and operator of this business. He is totally devoted to customer service. We have used other window cleaners in the past, some of who were twice as expensive as Martin Brothers, but none do a better job that Martin Brothers.  I like dealing with a hands-on owner-operator. He cares much more about customer satisfaction than the minimum wage employees that some of the other window washing companies utilize. We leave our house open to him for most the the day as we go about our rounds so that he can do the interior as well as the outside glass. Pat needs no supervision. He is completely trustworthy in all respects. It is wonderful to leave the house in the morning with dirty windows and come home in the afternoon to see clearly again!

The overall service was excellent!

Pat showed up as promised. He brought Joe, his helper, on large jobs. Joe had worked on house in the spring as well. The two work tirelessly and carefully to complete the job so that the windows are spotless. Ours had accumulated 3-4 months of grime, and so the work was more demanding than might always be the case. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction, including washing and removing screens for winter storage. I would add a personal observation: Pat is an exceptionally nice man - a good family man who takes pride in his work and his service to his customers. I have used several other window cleaners over the 40 years we've lived in this house from larger firms. They use employees to do the work who may or may not be all that motivated to do the job on an A+ basis; with Pat this business is all his. Also, once you meet Pat, you have no question whatsoever about his trustworthiness. My wife and I had appointments on the day Pat and Joe came and we were perfectly comfortable letting them have the run of our home unsupervised. Finally, Pat's pricing is a bargain compered with other cleaners whom we have used.

Martin Bros. is an owner/operator business. So, unlike many window cleaning firms where the people who do the actual work are hired hands with varying levels of commitment, training and quality concerns, when one hires Martin Bros., one gets Pat Martin on the job, along with a helper. Pat makes sure the job is done right. Pat was low bidder on our job by almost 40% compared to the next lowest. On top of that he offered a 10% discount for first time Angie's users.
Since I have been having our windows done for many years, I am familiar with what this job should cost and, more recently, with some shady practices that have emerged in this business since the recession. Some window cleaners promote their business with seemingly large discount coupons (e.g., "50% off!!") but the discount is illusory, since the prices they quote are substantially inflated. Hence, "sticker price" is a fabrication, and with the discount coupon, one ends up paying a full and handsome price. That is not true at all with Martin Bros. Their bid price is real, very competitive and they stick to it.
Pat and a helper took most of a work day to complete our job. The windows, sills and screens were perfectly clean. What a joy to look out thru absolutley clean windows again. When I did a final inspection and pointed out a couple areas that may have been missed, Pat was totally happy to address my concerns. That showed me that Pat is completely "customer focused," meaning that he is in business to satisfy his customers and you can count of him to do just that.
A final word on Pat himself. He struck me when he came to my place to bid on the job as a very honest, trustworthy individual. And, since he does the work himself, I concluded that I could count on him. Spending the day around him as he did our work confirmed that reading I had of his character. He is truly an honest and deecent person whom one can have in and out of one';s home for an entire day and enjoy his comp

Excellent. The bidding process was easy. They used email, which I prefer to phone because of my work schedule. They came by when they said they would for the estimate. Scheduling was easy, and the work was completed on time. It's SO nice to have clean windows!

They did a fantastic job.  Our window are double payned so they took each window out and cleaned the inside and oustside and also took our our very large sliding glass door and cleaned the inside and outside of that. They also used some CRL and cleaned some rust off some of the window edges. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them.

I first contact Pat Martin of Martin Bros. Window Cleaning because of his A rating on Angie's list and his location in the southern part of the Cities.  When I called he asked if could call me back shortly because he was getting his kids off of school.  Pat kept his word and called back within 20 minutes. 

I explained that was having the house sprayed for spider control and wanted a quote to wash the windows right after that to take care of the overspray.  Pat called back in a couple days with the estimate, and we set the date and time for the service.

On the morning of the scheduled service started out great and the pest control service was able to spray the house first thing in the morning.  But then the weather turned for the worse and there were  storms brewing.  Pat called to say that he was watching the radar and wondered if I still wanted to wash the windows that day.  He told me that he would be out once the rain had passed and estimated that to be about 10:30 am.  Pat and his assistant actually arrived about 10:45.  They got right to work and did a very good job on the windows.  The washed the outsides, insides, and wiped down the screens on a 2 story house with walk out basement, which meant some of the exterior windows are up quite high.

I am very pleased with the professionalism and customer service that Pat provided.  But what I appreciated the most is that Pat noticed that windows on the front of my house are showing signs of failure.  The frame at the bottom, which butts up against the glass has separated from the glass and water is getting behind the frame.  He took me outside to show me and explain the situation.  I would never have known about this problem until it was way too late to fix it unless Pat hadn't told me.  To me, this is excellent attention to detail and superior customer service. 

I will definitely call Pat again next spring.

Everything was perfect.  Pat showed up when he said he would and did a fabulous job.  Professional, friendly guy who was trustworthy and hard working.  My windows look fabulous and they were extremely dirty.  I would hire a Pat again in a minute.  Call him you will not be disappointed.

Timely estimate.  Quick email response.  Arrived as scheduled.  Cleaned windows inside and out, and did some "awkward ladder work," (light bulbs and gutter debris.)   Excellent experience.

It started at 9 o'clock and was very comfortable I felt no problem leaving my house in Dan's hands I have two dogs and a cat and he was very thoughtful of them and that made things even more comfortable I had 24 windows and 3 doors cleaned and they were beautiful.

We hadn't had our windows professionally washed in years and we had been through a major renovation that caused everything to be very dirty. Pat Martin was delightful to work with. He and and a co-worker or two came promptly and had our windows sparkling in time for my daughter's graduation party. He and his guys were courteous, thorough and cleaned up after themselves.

Pat did a great job, both in terms of communication and work completed. He did a thorough job, including window sills and screens, and was very respectful of our almost white carpet. I would definitely hire him again.

Great, Pat was here the next day, very professional, did a fantastic job on my windows and screens. I am planning on contracting with him to do all my windows twice a year. Very reasonably priced, punctual and what a nice man. I also found out that he does some handyman serivces and he is helping me with some extra things. Pat was easy to work with and the results were great!

Joel was prompt in the estimate and very easy to work with. They did a thorough job. the team cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant. Joel was a bit overly optimistic in how long it would take, thinking at first that it would take two days. It ended up taking 3 1/2 days and there were some additional charges because of that. But these charges seemed fair given the quality of the work and other estimates we had received.
