VERY GOOD SERVICE BUT THEIR PRICING IS VERY ALA CARTE. EVERY LITTLE THING IS AN ADDITIONAL $10 TO $25. FOR EXAMPLE, WE ASKED THEM TO CLEAN THE STAIRS AND THEY SAID THAT THE STAIRS WERE SOILED AND WOULD REQUIRE A "DEEP CLEANING", AN ADDITIONAL $10. HOWEVER, BY DOING A DEEP CLEAN THAT WOULD PULL OUT THE SCOTCH GUARD AND THEY WOULD THEN NEED TO APPLY ADDITIONAL SCOTCH GUARD TO REPLACE WHAT WAS REMOVED FOR AN ADDITIONAL $30.

VERY WILLING TO ADJUST THEIR SCHEDULE. THEY CAME IN AND CAME OUT IN NO TIME AND WITH GREAT EFFICIENCY.
