Description of Work: Paul came recommended from my Realtor. I am always leery of taking such recommendations at face value since they may be based on things other than what is best for a consumer. In this case I was glad for the referral. Paul matched the low cost of an internet lender I had previously worked with and outdid them in service. He even was able to do a last minute change on the loan amount (literally notified Sunday about this for a Monday afternoon closing). They really came through in every way and Paul was there at closing to make sure everything went smoothly.
