Mark Pahl

Mark and Susan were great every step of the way. We were first time homebuyers that knew next to nothing about the process. They truly went out of their way to make sure that the entire homebuying process would satisfy our interests. Mark is extremely knowledgeable in real estate and state law. He also keeps up to speed on city and county ordinances which that have an impact on the homebuying decision. He has previous experience as a contractor and was able to examine aspects of the various houses that we visited to be able to tell us if problems with a particular property were severe or minor. He was able get a good feel of the kind of property we were interested in very early on. When it came time to put in an offer on our home, he was quick to communicate with us to keep us up to date on the progress of the offer. He and Susan made every effort to make sure that everything went smoothly all the way up to our closing date. They made sure that any problems or issues that arose were dealt with quickly. Even after we closed on our house and moved in, Mark made himself available to answer any general questions I had about our property.
