All in all a very good experience with Mark. Even with the minor issues we encountered, Mark was readily available, stood behind his work (and that of his sub-contractors), and helped to ensure that the finished product was everything that had been promised. Again, some slight hiccups, but very courtesy and professional. We would use his services again. As with any remodeling project ask specific questions of your contractor. We thought we had, and fortunately we were on all the same page regarding expectation of the finished product, but we should have found out more about the sub-contractors, and how they work. Remodeling projects generally require more setup time, more protection of floors, furnishings and adjacent rooms, and clean up time each day. Time is money, and contractors are no exception. If you want/or demand a higher level of clean up or project mess control, be up front about your expectations, and expect to pay a bit more for the extra time and care.
